Warranty: 3YEAR: Our 3 year warranty covers your system completely for 3 years. * Standard: Industry leading Full 1 year parts and labor warranty will be provided on all complete systems. Some parts carry a manufactures warranty beyond our one-year warranty. Labor will be charged on any item, replaced after one year, while under the manufactures warranty. See your System Warranty sheet for manufactures warranty periods.
Our one-to-one parts replacement policy will assure you that your downtime will be minimal and the processing time expedited. *NOTE: Software is only covered for 15 days. Any software related issues after the 15 days, will have our regular charge. Parts and accessories are covered by the manufactures warranty with a 90-day warranty on labor. Labor will be charged for any item replaced while under the manufactures warranty after the first 90-days. Service is covered by a 30 day limited warranty. Any changes to your OS, Bios, additions of peripherals or addition of any software, performed by some one other then an “A Better Choice” technician can void your warranty. Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused or attributed to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, faulty installation (unless done by an authorize “A Better Choice” Technician), improper maintenance, lightning or other incidence of excess voltage, or any repairs other than those provided by “A Better Choice”, or transportation cost. “A Better Choice” is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to loss of property, loss of revenue or profit, or costs of removal, installation or reinstallation. ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT DURING SHIPPING MUST BE REPORTED TO UPS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. Pacific Standard Time, 916-687-8228, 916-689-9351. QUALITY CONTROL: All systems are tested and powered up for a standard 24 hrs with operating system loaded. If the customer does not purchase Windows Operating system we will remove the OS from the system prior to shipment. If the customer purchases Windows from us, we will leave the 0S in the system fully configured. We highly recommend that you purchase a copy of Windows 95, Windows 98, Win NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME or Windows XP. Please do not install any illegal 0S or unlicensed 0S in your system. For complete systems, we will not support any software-related problems if we do not install Windows. If you buy Windows from elsewhere we will be glad to install Windows in your system for free. PAYMENT TERMS: All items must be prepaid in advance by Cash, Money Order, Cashier Check or Personal/Company Check. All Checks are subject to be held for 8 business days and must clear prior to shipment of the merchandise. All payments must be made in US Dollars. California state residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax. SHIPPING CONDITIONS: Due to the high value of our systems, all computer orders will not be processed until the payment is paid in full. Once payment is received, we will build your system as specified. Please allow 5-7 days after payment is received before we ship the item.
